Efficient Management and Marketing. Train and monitor employees to maintain efficiency, productivity and exceptional customer service levels. Follow through on and implement marketing calendar and guidelines regardless of sales volumes.
Adherence to Minimum Standards including maintenance of clean, tidy and well organized business premises, timely and efficient turnaround of all work, attention to detail and a commitment to maintain job delivery schedules to customers.
Ongoing Training in existing, updated and new operational methods, familiarity with all features of on-site equipment, review of feature articles and other literature from SURE Global Associates.
